We are currently in the process of putting together a pricing schedule for the services that we offer. Many of the services will vary based on the size of the project but many are priced simply by the hour.

Pricing and Billing Terms
All prices listed below are before applicable sales tax required by Texas Law. A valid Master Card, Visa or checking account information must be on file to set up a billing account. For billing accounts, please add $1.00 to each Weekly Service price or $2.00 to each Bi-weekly Service price.

We send all invoices electronically. There is a $1.50 service fee for each paper invoice sent by postal mail if you are unable to accept an invoice via e-mail.

Pricing is determined by the total size of your lot and the number of mowing services you request. If you need assistance in understanding the size of your lot, please fill out the Request for Service form and we will be happy to confirm pricing for your lawn.

Bush and Bed Service
Our “on call” Bush & Bed crews are billed at an hourly rate of $87.50 per hour with a three man crew, $60 minimum stop.  We do not haul off clippings. We place all clippings in bio-degradable bags or bundle debris appropriately for City pick up (call the number on your trash receptacle for your specific pick up day and details).  Our bush and bed service rates will include any general labor for yard clean ups, leaf removal, planting of flowers, shrubs etc.  If you are not an existing customer, please contact us for a rate quote.

Flowers and Mulch
Our Bush & Bed crews will plant customer supplied flowers, and or install customer supplied mulch as part of the normal hourly rate for bush & bed service requests. We charge $11.00 per 3 cubic foot bag for Shredded Hardwood Mulch we purchase, deliver & install. ($100.00 minimum).

Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment on-line:

• Pay-By-Check
• Pay using Visa or Mastercard
• Pay using PayPal
• When you pay on-line through PayPal, a convenience fee of 3% of the amount due plus $0.31 per transaction will be added to your payment.

Note: Please note that prices are based on stabilized gasoline prices at the time we set prices and service is accepted. Due to surging and fluctuating gasoline prices inflationary levels, we reserve the right to add a fuel surcharge (in advance) to our services.
